Ivy is the founder of ParenTeen Academy. For nearly two decades, Ivy dedicated her professional career to psychotherapy and educational consulting, supporting students with special needs and/or giftedness, as well as their families. At the same time, she developed an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to her clients. Throughout her career, her passion has also extended to empowering other professionals to develop their entrepreneurial projects, businesses, and leadership skills.

Ivy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master’s Degree in Education, with a specialization in Psychology - Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Springfield College. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate (PsyD(c.) in Human Organizational Psychology, where she explores the concepts of psychological empowerment and psychological well-being within clinical and organizational settings.
